PRICE makes a LOWER LOW(LL) FROM THE CIRCLE IN WHITE TO THE NEXT circle drawn over the chart, but there is no support from the RSI indicator which moves higher instead of making lower low(LL) AS price has done on the chart signalling a change in momentum from bearish to bullish.
