Usd/Cad Is In The Daily Sell Area

This has been at resistance for around 3 days now....
Some people are saying buy on hour 4 back up to the daily high and some people are saying sell now.

"My Personal Opinion is that this will fall at any moment" and the best way to enter is to wait for confirmation on hour 4 or .... just use a pending sell wherever you think is best!
If you put a macD indicator on hour 4 on default settings, it is giving a sell signal and has crossed under....
If you use a Powerbolic Sar .... it is giving a sell signal as well as the red dot has just appeared on top of the candles!
