Is EUR/CAD ready to jump up or still dip down ?

Well, on the daily, I see a resistance zone (1.46382 – 1.46140) level that is keeping the pair from breaking above.
Will the bulls jump in strong and surpass that level of resistance or will the bears dominate and push price back down to the support level (1.44647 – 1.44229)?
What do you think? :)
