Is someone can tell if is there a flag pole and a Pennant, or symmetrical triangle?

I suggest to go short on this trade, but confirm first it is not a fakeout.

Actual price : 1,27725
target 1 : 1,26000 with 38% FIB Retracement

->> If breakout of this level :

target 2 : 1,25000 with 50% FIB Retracement

Do you think guys my targets are realistic?
