IF (!!!) the price action in a yellow zone is an impulse - and is a wave A or 1, then we are observing a correction that should not break the start of the impulse.
As this correction is likely a WXY, that the confirmation for this structure is the up-move overlapping the wave A of Y (shown on the picture with a blue line).
A number of optional entries are available for this structure, I usually wait for the overlap, and enter whether after a local correction or via a buy-stop entry above the local first wave in the direction I wait.
