The markets couldn't create a higher high resulting an exhaustion of the BULLS. We also witness a double top.

ON my Daily timeframe, the markets are resisting my 800SMA which is a very strong indicator on a large timeframe, on 1HR the markets have crossed below the 50SMA which tells me that there's a change of direction that's occurring and its moving to the selling side. BEARS WANT TO BE IN CONTROL!
