EURUSD: Bears taking control?

After hitting a low on late Nov 2019, price has make a series of higher high/higher low. But the recent magnitude of high made seem smaller while the magnitude of the pull back seem deeper. Is this a sign of weakness? I will be looking at the designated zone for some weakness to go SHORT targeting Nov low.
