POWER ONE
review your entry , look at it over several time frames , look at where it is , why it triggered for you , was the trigger good or bad what happened next , candle patterns ,levels ,moving averages ,bollys what ever your triggers are DID THEY WORK remember.., log the patterns .... they will repeat and probably tomorrow !

POWER TWO
review your stop loss and the management of your stop loss , was it far enough away ? too far ? to close ? did you move it quick enough / did moving it help or hinder your trade result REVIEW AND LEARN

POWER THREE
profit management , did you set and forget , did you adjust as the trade progressed , did you get stopped out for a profit early , levels ? confluence on exit , left more profit on the table time frames and candles/patterns
