Will EUR/CAD continue its downtrend next week?

Well, I think, EUR/CAD pair reacted to the BoC rate statement report on Wednesday October 30 and went up. However, it touched the 1.47196 level, but did not surpass it. Now, does that mean that it is resting to continue up or perhaps resting to continue its downtrend?
