There are a few NZD pairs that have bearish RSI divergence signals and NZDJPY is one of them. A bearish RSI divergence in the H4 time frame signals an incoming price correction, and therefore offers a SHORT opportunity. With this we can watch for bearish price action before any entry. It is possible for price to carve another swing high with lower RSI peak, before the actual correction.
